Magnolia Maids have housekeepers and other service related working as independent contractors and some direct staff too. 

Magnolia Maids vision is to contract full/part-time and "on call" single parents, single ladies supporting themselves, breast cancer survivors, victims of abusive/negligent relationships, to help them build self motivation and to create awareness of their own capabilities and abilities to fit into the society as productive individuals.

Your salary is based and depend on your experience, qualifications, position, duties and desire schedule.

Our current Team Members are efficient Ladies that give all of themselves and have devoted their lives to service other people's homes and businesses. They love what they do and are passionate to help our customers meet their needs, all this by exceeding excellence on their job performance.

Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:

Dust, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, Scrubbing/deep cleaning bathrooms, making beds/changing sheets, thorough clean of kitchen and clean up all household appliances.

In some cases:

We help our clients with picking up mail, run errands, market shopping, laundry, organizing closets, walking Fido or watering plants. All these extra chores have extra financial recognition.

​

Our clients are respectful and understands that your position as house cleaner, pet/home or babysitter, or virtual assistant is a job equally respected as any other labor. Same as we promise our clients that each of our team members is respectful observe good manners and are polite. Each of our team members signs a confidentiality agreement upon hire and must comply with all our company trainings and must practice our rules to continue with establish relationship with Magnolia Maids.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

​

✓ Must have your own transportation

✓ Have open availability including rotating weekends

✓ Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test

✓ Speak medium level of English

✓ Be legal to work in the US (Social Security as minimum)

✓ Proof to possess extensive experience with a variety of cleaning products and tools

 (letters of recommendation, work history, certifications, etc)

✓ Pass training/ probation of 30 days and CT Certification

Other requirements are:

• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality

• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing)

• Multitasking, reasoning, and efficient positive problem-solving are desirable

• Be able to submit yourself to random background and drug tests 

• Have the ability to maintain poise in fast-paced, high-stress situations

• Have strong people skills and yarning to please our customers

• Must Be self-directed and motivated

• Active team player
