Service includes maintenance cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation of all highly touched areas, key boards, screens, knobs, light switches, tables and lobby chairs, windows interior and sills, blinds, lighting fixtures, dusting desks, mop floors, restrooms areas, restock of toiletries, conference rooms, break area, chang of linnens on trash cans, take trash and recyclables out.
Service includes a top to bottom clean of dust including walls, grates, vents, blinds, cealing fans and lighting fixtures, Sweep, mop and disinfect floors, wipe down doors, knobs, baseboards, molding and hardware, sanitation of bathwooms and kitchen, counters and appliences, interior windows including sills and frames. Clean inside closets and cabbinets. Removal of remaining trash.
Deep clean on every visit, making of beds (hotel standard); cleaning under beds, cleaning of interior refrigerator, disposal of old food, trash out, launder of sheets and towels, deep clean and disinfecting of bathrooms, including bathroom drainage, sweep, mop and disinfecting floors. Restock new guest toiletries. Disinfecting of all highly touched areas. Report any maintenace or repair needed.

Due to the resent Covid-19 outbreak we have being forced to take strict precautions and specific cross contamination measurements in order to provide each of our clients with the best service possible. Each of our Cleaning Technicians has been trained and certified by OSHA and have being individually instructed on the latest CDC guidelines to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination and the spread of the virus.

Per OSHA instructions we are recommending each client to have their own equipment and supplies. Including but not limited to disinfectants, sponges, scrubbers, buckets, mops, cleaning rags, vacuums, etc.
Our Cleaning Technicians carry only their special tools with them.

Each Technician has being individually instructed wear special protective equipment at all times while at your home. Each Technician only be working ONE home/office per day to eliminate cross contamination between homes until new regulations apply.

OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES USSUALY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

Bedrooms: Straight up bed (including change of sheets (bed must be previously stripped down, clean shits on top of bed), dust of all reachable areas, vaccum/sweep and mop. (Count an average of 30-45 minutes per room, dependent on the size of the area and clutter)

Bathrooms: Basic clean of Toilet, sink, bath tub and shower, wipe off top and front of cabinets, clean mirror, swept and mop floors, trash out and change of can linens. (Basic mantenace clean takes about 45 minutes to clean a regular size full bathroom)

Kitchen: Wipe off counter tops and front of cabinets are wipe down, clean small appliances, clean interior microwave, sink is clear from dishes (10 pieces or less)and sink gets disinfected, swept and mop floors, take out trash and recyclables and change of can linnens. (Basic mantenace clean takes about 45 minutes for an apartment size kitchen)

Common Areas: Dust off all reachable areas, straight up living room pillows, clean up mirrors, clean reachable ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, clean wall art and webcobs, vacuum/sweep and mop floors. Count an average of 30-45 minutes, dependent on the size of the area and clutter)

Each of the following tasks, takes an average of 30 minutes to one hour of labor. Add them accordingly to your home needs and budget.

Interior Window = 1 hour (including sills, frames and tracks, about 8 pannels)

On Site Laundry (Each load wash/dry with effective machines = 1.30 hour
(45 p/machine) No under garments/delicates/etc. Client must provide detergents, other agents, baskets, etc. Previously color separated. Machines onsite only. Folding takes an extra average of 20-30 minutes per load

Interior Fridge = 45 minutes (cooling area only, adding the freezer would take an additional 20 minutes)

Interior Oven = 45 minutes

Blinds = 40 minutes (Venetian wooden blinds only)(about 4 panels)

Baseboards = 45 minutes (reachable areas only, *we do not move any furniture) (about a 500 ft2 area)

Bathroom Shower and shower Glass Door Treatment = 30 minutes (descale/hard water stain, soap scum removal)

Hand Wash dishes = 30 minutes ​(20-50 pieces including cuttery)

Wall washing = 1 hour(reachable areas an average of 500 ft2)

Deep clean of Kitchen Interior Cabinetry = 45 minutes(based on an apartment size kitchen)

Load and unload dishwasher​ = 30 minutes (15 minutes each)
